The data we collect
When you contact us or request a demo through a form on this website, we process the details you provide:
Your full name
Your work email address
Your phone number (optional)
The name of your property and the number of rooms
The content of your message
When you visit the website, our hosting and spam-protection providers process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to serve the website securely and to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic.
Why we process your data
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to set up and follow up on demos, and to keep in touch about Ciergo where you have expressed interest. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or your consent where required.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process personal data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:
Brevo (contact management and email) – stores contact form submissions
Vercel (hosting) – serves the website
Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (spam protection) – verifies form submissions
Storyblok (content management) – hosts the website content
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
